Access Dive 3
It was first hinted it would start with this video, that lead to a timer, that started at 4h30m and during the passing 4 days the hour hand would move backwards.
When the hour hand reached the number 12 the minute one starting going back wards in real time and every 5 minutes the clock would update with the sentences “to watch” and “to be watched”, showing up more and more.
At the end of the 30 minutes it would update with this image

Straight conversion of Hex to ASCII and then reordering to get a proper sentence gives Nous vous félicitons: vous avez trouvé la verité (french for We congratulate you: You have found the truth)
Placing the pixels in a 16 x 16 grid
You can then read the row and the column value (starting at 0) and five to each previous group a 2 digit value (hex). For example ‘Nou’ which was retrieved from RGB: 4e 6f 75. This is one of the three pixels in row 6, column 9 (start counting at 0), or 69.
In the end you get the string
69 6e 76 65 6e 69 72 69 34 6e 61 36 39 6c 72 32 which in hex to ASCII gives inveniri4na69lr2

The filename “hsp” is the word for “garden” in Ancient Egyptian language which hints at Gardiner. Each hieroglyph inside the Cartouche has a Gardiner Index. From left to right, these indices are: V11 E1 R12 U16 M1 A8 R8 C6 B1 D2 Z11 R18 H4Reading downwards, using letters where letters are expected in the passcode and reading numbers where numbers are expected, one gets verum8rc12zr4
Then, using the remaining numbers and letters, and doing a letter to number and vice versa conversion, one gets 11, 1, 12, 16, 1, A, 8, 6, B, D, 11, 18, H → kalpa1hf24kr8

Eight pairs of coordinates. The coordinates are only accurate to one tenth of a degree, and don’t seem to point to anything interesting on earth. However, the image is of a statue of Helios and Selene, the Sun god and Moon goddess (this is fairly easy to find - a Google Image search of the image will yield this result directly). With this in mind, interpret the coordinates as Selenic Coordinates. One could use any sufficiently detailed moon atlas to look up these coordinates, but searching for the coordinates Verbatim in Google gives the solution very easily: each set of coordinates points towards a crater:
23.3N 29.2W Euler 27.9N, 87.4E Urey 22.8S, 122.1E Xenophon 29.9N 41.6W Angstrom 19.8S, 69.1W Darwin 44.9S, 41.5E Janssen 14.2S, 151.9W Galois 32.5S, 5.2W Deslandres
Taking the first letters of each crater name in order yields EUXADJGD → 5ux14jg4 The picture is a statue of of Helios on Selene → statue5ux14jg4
