Potential Project/Organization. Also Operation #13Magnus is name given to October - December 2013 anomaly event

Dr. Calvin Ezekiel, working with an unknown organization in the 1990s, was tasked with finding the Threats and Opportunities in Secret Societies. He sends an internal memo asking for funding to followup on information from a Humint source (now deceased through potential suspicious circumstances) about a secret society he gives a code name in the memo of 13Magnus. 13Magnus infiltrates other secret societies. This society has splintered and reformed through history.

Please see below. We have been running the satellite XM flow data
through our prediction engine. We seem to be getting a valid pattern
prediction out of the data. Once we calibrate we'll have some dates.
We are in for a major uptick in XM flow.

The odd thing is the source pattern we are matching is not
accessible. Anyone aware of `13MAGNUS' classification or project
name? Need to fine someone with the right ticket to get a look at
that data. May be a Langley HUMINT source, probably US citizen. The
file is offline at the Pinnacles LT storage location, I'm guessing in
tape. It makes no sense that a 20 year old project would be
connected to current XM readings. Either the detection AI is off
or there is a very interesting document out there we??????

Here is the document that was revealed by the #IngressReport yesterday. I wanted it to be verified by a few
additional sources before releasing it, and thanks to Susanna's help, that has now happened.

A number of Investigators, in particular Agents +Anthony Castanza, +Owen Johnston, +Jaredo Wens and 
+Sonny Lee (with the assistance of many other agents, including +Jonathan Roemer, +Daniel Beaudoin and
+Storey Redshaw) were able to analyze the data from this document as well as an information stream injected
into yesterday's Ingress Report and propose a working hypothesis:

Dates and Locations: A list of potential anomalies that might be coming in the very near future.

Armed with this theory, I approached a number of trusted sources for verification. The hypothesis was 
correct.

• 20 years ago Dr. School was the dean of the Summer Search for Intelligent Life program at Arecibo in Puerto Rico
• Devra (called Debbie in the document) was a student of the program.
• Dr. Calvin knows about this event
• Hank came to Arecibo for archeaology/historical research during the summer.
• Paul says Hank and Devra knew each other well, “collaborators of sorts”
• The paper supposedly has photographs and interesting theories on 13MAGNUS. Paul says the photos have glyphs and messages, the site now having been destroyed by vandals.

• Mentions Oliver Lynton-Wolfe's actions in the October 19th Bangkok anomaly event. OLW used Hulong Transglobal's reserve of Chaotic Matter (Dark XM) to construct a type of superweapon used to attack Roland Jarvis described in the report as the leader of the Enlightened and some sort of XM entity within portals. This caused the entity to “split” into 13 .
• In the background of the animation used for the Jarvis entity splitting, the words 13Magnus can be made out.

In the Hulong transcript obtained yesterday, Dr. Oliver Lynton-Wolfe advised Susanna Moyer to press her
father for answers.

From what is known, Nigel Moyer may have been a cryptanalyst or researcher for the British during the Cold
War era, but many questions remain to be answered.

How long has XM or some form of XM been hiding in secret as a tool in human conflict? Nigel Moyer refers to
 an incident from Susanna's past as 'a gift?' What might have that been? And as for Dreizehn Große… 
 #13MAGNUS… What is it, really? Ancient cult? Classified Cold-War effort? Are the threads separate or
  connected in linear time, and how do Jarvis, Osiris, XM, the Portals and the Shapers all fit into it?

Nigel: we knew about the basics. After Sputnik we were grasping at straws. We tracked down some OSS leads
about a submarine that ended up in Buenos Aires. I went down there. Work was still going on. Some of the
original team was still alive. We managed to synthesize more of the substance.., the stuff you call XM. 
We used it to dose some of our crypto researchers. The effects were amazing... 
Susanna: You knew? I've been putting my life on the line, and the lives of people I care deeply about, to
find out the truth about XM, and you worked on it? 
Nigel: It was useful to our mission, Susanna. We used it to enhance our cryptanalysis efforts against the
Soviets. We prevented a war. This was important work. 
Susanna: But all this time... you've seen my reports... you said nothing.

seems to find all of the Alexander information very important.  There seems to be little dissent that the
